Custom made flags and banners are ideal for advertising, sales promotions, schools, organizations, trade shows and special events to name a few.

The following is a list of the many processes we offer as well as the services we employ to achieve our eye catching, high quality and durable products;

Appliqué
These are created by ‘hand sewing’ each logo, design and or text of one color or colors onto a fabric base of a different color to create the design. They can be made single or double sided in a multitude of colors. Typically they are manufactured in 200 denier indoor / outdoor ‘Solarmax’ nylon. This process is best suited for small quantities.
Digital Sublimation
This process can be used to create a photographic image printed directly onto fabric. Typically we employ polyester fabric(s) or vinyl in this process that uses CMYK colors. There are no size limitations however; it is most suitable for smaller quantities and intended for interior or short term outdoor uses.
Embroidery
This rich looking symbol of decoration is achieved by stitching the entire logo, design or text onto a flag or banner. It adds dimension and a distinct style to any decoration. It is available in either satin or nylon background material and is intended for interior decoration or parade use. Typically, this is for small quantities.
Foil process
A foil application can be achieved on most any fabric by designating a logo, design or text (or a portion thereof) to be prominently highlighted in gold, silver or an array of other colors. It may also be done in association with one of the other forms of printing highlighted on this page.
Offset Sublimation
Offset printing can be performed on many kinds of polyester fabrics to produce high quality and high resolution decorations. It is achieved using four color process or PMS colors. It is best used for large quantities (typically 500 or more pcs.) and is intended for indoor and outdoor use.
Screen PrintScreen
Print offers a wide range of options. It can be done on most any fabric for indoor or outdoor use. It is achieved using pigment and permanent dyes utilizing PMS spot colors. This process can be performed to any quantity level however; it is best suited for quantities of 6 through 1000 pieces.
